Full description of the position

Main job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of dealer customers within the state-based regional unit;
• Plan and efficiently carry out the expansion of new customers;
• Responsible for the execution of all work related to exhibitions in the area;
• Responsible for follow-up training and customer relationship maintenance within the region;
• Investigate and analyze the information and feedback of competitive products in the regional market, and develop differentiated and innovative ways to expand customers in response to market competition;
• Maintain close contact with the company headquarters and formulate corresponding sales plans and market planning strategies;
• Responsible for collecting customer opinions and suggestions, and provide valuable recommendations for the company's sales strategy, advertising, after-sales service, product research and development, and sales;
• Responsible for preparing written sales analysis and summary reports for the regional market;
• In the second phase of the company's development, responsible for building the regional market sales team.

Job requirements:

• Have a high level of work enthusiasm, enjoy challenging new goals at different stages, and have the confidence to achieve the company's breakthrough in regional market product sales from 0 to 1;
• Must have at least 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years of experience in basic field sales and at least 2 years of experience in the development and management of regional market dealers, with excellent past sales performance, and willing to cooperate with the company's due diligence before joining;
• Have a high level of professional ethics, strong self-motivation; have the attitude and ability to be responsible for work results;
• Chinese can be used as a working language, with good communication and writing skills;
• Have strong learning ability, able to continuously review and improve their own capabilities in work;
• Have at least 3 years of team management experience;
• Priority will be given to those with sales experience and resources in the E-bike industry.
