What You'll Do
The Sales Intake Specialist will interact with prospective clients via telephone and email to help retain the potential client in need of legal representation. This position will require direct communication with clients and the ability to work quickly and accurately to document client information. Successful candidates in this role will be empathetic, comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment, and excited to learn about sales..
