Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service in the automotive industry. Duties: - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments - Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers and provide information about our products and services - Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to nurture relationships - Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options - Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the company and the customer - Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with potential customers - Proficient in cold calling and comfortable making outbound calls - Exceptional phone etiquette with clear communication skills - Knowledge of automotive sales processes is a plus - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an advantage - Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
