Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated, full-time Real Estate Agent who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Engage with our proven 20-year system and participate in our comprehensive 100-day training to kickstart or elevate your real estate journey.
• Cultivate and uphold strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service consistently throughout the buying and selling processes.
• Harness technology to enrich the client experience and boost efficiency in managing your portfolio.
• Collaborate with our dedicated support team to unlock your sales potential and streamline workflows.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of market trends and furnish clients with accurate information.
• Dedicate yourself to full-time engagement, ensuring accessibility for clients and team activities.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License or the readiness to obtain one before commencement.
• Sales background is essential.
• Proficiency in real estate sales and marketing technology.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Demonstrated aptitude in building and sustaining client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a robust work ethic and a penchant for teamwork.
• Prior real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
