We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Commercial Sales Representative to obtain, develop and generate sales leads. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers dont suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.

What Youll Do

• Develop leads and sales by creative solicitation, telemarketing, referrals from existing client lists, working lists of associations (some of which we are members), working targeted lists (restaurants, hotels, motels, food processors, grocery stores, warehouses, department stores, condominiums, apartment houses, office property management firms, manufacturing, health facilities and other large businesses) and networking groups while attending meetings.

What Youll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior sales experience
• Valid drivers license required
• Maintain a Branch II Field Representative license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board, which must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen and physical. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

• Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
