Dr Crawlspace, one of Portland's leading drainage and encapsulation companies, is in search of a job estimator that doesn't mind getting a little dirty to make very good money. Must have professional communication skills with clients, be personable and friendly, and quick and eager to learn about products and services, and possess the ability to problem solve and create accurate and effective solutions that meet clients' needs.

Training Includes:

• In office product training, and office and yard tour
• Ride along with GM and former inspector
• Supervised appointments
• Direct support from management throughout
• Weekly support meetings with national sales adviser

Job Breakdown once training is complete: 2-4 appointments daily

• Drive to lead
• Thoroughly inspected the crawlspace or basement
• Create comprehensive 3-tiered solution
• Present homeowners with findings and recommendations
• Leave proposals on-site and via email
• Continue on to remainder of daily appointments
• Weekly support meetings with national sales adviser
• Follow-up with homeowners thru phone and email
• Occasional site visits while work is being performed
• Quality assurance inspections at completion of job

Skills and Requirements: Must be comfortable with basic current technology (iPad apps and laser measure) and basic tools. Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• 2 years of sales experience
• Be able to provide reliable, attractive transportation and a general knowledge of the Portland and Vancouver metro area.
• A background in construction services are not required, but a huge plus!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Salary: $60,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
