Job description

Mountain West Renewable Energy is now hiring a Solar Appointment Setter to join our team!

You will be trained to go door to door in residential neighborhoods and simply set appointments with homeowners that are interested in learning more about solar.

Your responsibility is only to set appointments for our Energy Consultants. If you want to work for an amazing company, make a great living, and expand your talents, then this is the job for you!

There is no experience required! We will train you to succeed.

Compensation:

• Pay is commissioned based.
• Flexible schedules (part-time or full-time)
• Mondays through Fridays, with Saturday potential as well
• Average Solar Appointment Setters make around $35/hr. Top reps make around $70/hr. Average full-time reps make between 70k-120k a year.

Responsibilities:

• Knock door to door (Outside, Direct Sales)
• Set appointments with customers to review their solar proposal
• Help homeowners lower their current power bill
