Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Producer to join our team. As a Producer, you will be responsible for quoting lead prospects, gaining referrals, and meeting your monthly sale projections as set by the agency. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Our Agency offers many lead avenues and a high commission percentage!

Requirements:

- P&C Licensed
- Previous insurance sales experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of production processes and industry best practices is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,455.10 - $67,648.00 per year
