We are looking for SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our team of talented and driven individuals. We are looking to recruit, train, and retain individuals who are self motivated, loyal, trustworthy, and share our companys core values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Run self generated and company provided leads and represent BRH to our customer base
• Hit sales goals and quotas weekly
• Participate in ongoing training, weekly meetings, and further your skills as a sales rep
• Be able to safely climb residential roofs to perform inspections and estimates
• Thoroughly understand the processes at BRH and be able to effectively communicate with homeowners and other team members
• Document lead and customer details in the CRM on a daily basis / in real time, ensure client information is accurate and update to date in the CRM, moving active projects through the workflow

• Organization skills- must be able to stay organized, keep up to date with notes, pictures, and lead follow ups
• Communication- this is vital to the success of the individuals as well as the company as a whole

AVG pay $70,000-$200,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
