The Facebook Marketplace Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and expanding our Facebook Marketplace presence while driving sales and revenue growth as well as be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our buyers and sellers.

Essential Functions

• Create and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace
• Monitor and respond to buyer and seller inquiries in a timely manner
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility and sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Identify and report trends and insights to inform business decisions.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

1. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills

4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

5. Proficient in using Facebook Marketplace and other e-commerce platforms

6. Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions

7. High attention to detail and organizational skills
