Position Overview

The Sales Associate is pivotal in collaborating with the sales team and our valued customers to meet their needs and facilitate a seamless sales journey. Additionally, this role is instrumental in generating new sales opportunities through meticulous research and inquiry. This position is crucial for acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing clients to enhance the visibility and sales of Hhemp.co-products.

What You Will Do:

• Utilize cold calling, social media, and email for prospecting and identifying potential customers
• Manage inbound emails and queries effectively
• Accurately obtain pertinent information during each prospecting call
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure needs are met
• Reach and exceed key performance indicators, including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals closed from your transfer
• Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required or assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Friendly, articulate, and possesses a commendable work ethic
• A burgeoning interest in hemp wellness coupled with a foundational understanding of CBD hemp or cannabis
• Experience in telemarketing, phone sales and cold calling
• Outstanding communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality
• Be adaptable to a fast pace environment
• Ability to think, plan, and sell strategically
• Excellent computer skills
• Have a positive mental attitude
• College degree or equivalent related experience.

Bonus Points:

• Familiar with CRM platforms, GoogleDocs, and Instagram
• Experience working in CBD, cannabis or smoke shops

Compensation: This position is $20.00 per hour plus commission. Our top sellers make over 6 figures per year. Additional benefits includes medical, vision and dental, paid time off (vacation) and paid sick leave.
