Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to join our team immediately. As a Producer, you will be responsible for making daily outbound calls and in person visits, answer inbound calls, respond to web leads and offer insurance quotes to new prospects and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, confidence in their knowledge of insurance coverages, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting by phone and in person, identifying needs, collecting neccessary information to provide quotes and closing sales.
• Continue to fill your pipeline with prospects according to their need and effective dates.
• Issue policies with a fair and objective process that protects both the insured as well as the carrier to provide adequate coverage for our clients.
• Gather all supporting documents as required by carriers and to maintain our files.
• Effectively work with the team and your account manager to ensure that all work has been done in accordance to our agencies standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Producer or similar role

- Self-starter with a sense of urgency

- Commitment to sucess and obtaining goals

- Strong knowledge of TN Insurance coverages, rules and regulations

- Active P&C License

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to analyze insurance market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
