Overview:

As one of the top real estate teams on Whidbey Island, we are looking for agents to partner with! TO BE CLEAR: We are only looking for the ROCK STARS who are hungry, humble and smart! We are a community-oriented team that consistently thinks outside the box and are committed to bringing the best service to everyone one of our clients!

If you are an experienced real estate agent, new agent or in the process of obtaining your real estate license, we have the tools, lead opportunities and the coaching that will take you to making $50,000 to $100,000+ per year. This is a commission-based opportunity. We will give you all the training and tools but your income will be based on your personal production.

Our team members get to do what they love most (helping families, selling homes and making money), and less of what they don't like (time-consuming paperwork, processing and coordinating). We have a dedicated marketing & admin team to handle your transaction paperwork from contract to close. This gives you the edge you need and the leverage you want to discover incredible success in real estate!

Qualifications

• Be available for a full-time work schedule, preferably. If part-time is where you need to start, were open to a conversation.
• Be learning and accountability based. This is the key to success!
• Self-motivated, people-oriented, positive attitude, and highly competitive personality. We want the best of the best!

Responsibilities

• Follow up with new and existing Home Buyers and Home Sellers through lead generation.
• Consult with qualified buyers, show homes that meet their needs, negotiate contracts on their behalf and provide world class customer service throughout the entire process.
• Consult with qualified sellers, guide them through the listing process, negotiate contracts on their behalf and provide world class customer service throughout the entire process.
• Host and participate in open houses and various networking events and activities.
• Collaborate with our dedicated Transaction Coordinator limiting your time chasing paperwork so you can focus on the client!
• Embrace teamwork and accountability.
• Manage time efficiently to provide high level performance.
