Job Title: Business Development Representative in Water Mitigation and Restoration

Were a new up and coming restoration company based out of San Diego that recently branched out and opened a new location in the Los Angeles region. Our new office is located in the North Hollywood/Panorama City area.

The reason for our expansion was how quickly our business and its model ramped up and currently thriving in San Diego and now were looking to duplicate that same success in a new market. Our mentality and work culture is very much like a start up but in the construction industry and are searching for an adaptable individual to join our team that would be a good fit for that culture.

We are looking for a seasoned Sales/Business Development representative with 1 to 2 years experience within the restoration industry, preferably already with a book of business. Our top tier salesmen in the San Diego region are making anywhere from $100k-$150k in their first year of work.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer existing referral accounts and maintaining those relationships
• Identify and target new business opportunities in the market through cold calls, tabling and networking events.
• Including but not limited to; Plumbing companies, Property Managers, Contractors, Real Estate and Insurance Agents.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Requirements:

• 2 years sales experience
• 1 year of experience within the restoration or plumbing industry
• Drivers License in good standing

Pay: $48,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
