Owner, Builder, Manager of affordable housing seeks dynamic individual as Assistant Director of Property Management. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience directing and supervising property management personnel, a background in Section 8 and LIHTC programs, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary range starting at $55,000 dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
