Southern Exposure Landscape Management is currently seeking a Landscape Designer/Salesperson to join our team! Our company has been creating landscapes for diverse project types for more than 20 years. In this position, you will use creativity, design presentation expertise, illustration skills and communication proficiencies to bring our clients landscape dreams to life!

The ideal candidate will possess:

A degree in Landscape Architecture or Design

Familiarity with Sketchup or a similar software

Knowledge of design build concepts, irrigation techniques, current design trends and products on the market

Knowledge of plants that thrive in our environment

Ability to design irrigation systems (super beneficial)

Great listening skills

Top notch written and oral communication

Ability to represent yourself and the company with professionalism in behavior and dress

Ability to speak with a client to glean what their priorities are in a landscape design

Comfort in speaking with a client about project budgets

A clean MVR

This position will be responsible for:

Seeking new clients

Responding to inquiries from potential clients

Meeting with clients to discuss needs and wants

Creating a high-quality design and presenting completed design to clients

Preparing accurate proposals and contracts

Project management

Overseeing installation of project to ensure customer satisfaction
