Schedule: Monday thru Saturday (Flexible shifts)

Type: Full-Time (32-40 hrs/week), Part-Time (20 hrs/week)

Average Pay: Commission + Bonuses (Avg: $70,000 - $100,000/year)

Training: 2 Weeks

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate interest with new homeowners and schedule an appointment for an in-home presentation.
• Develop new sales opportunities in a residential setting.
• Field basic questions and concerns about our product and services.
• Log and track customer details within our system.
• Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past.

Qualification Requirements:

• Valid drivers license.
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation.
• Smart Cell Phone.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone and face-to-face etiquette.
• Persuasive and results-oriented.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Not Remote Work.
• Has a great attitude!
