Sales Director

Four Seasons Home Improvement Co. has a solid reputation built over nearly five decades. Residential Home Improvement products including Roofing, Siding, Windows, doors, Gutters and Deck etc...

Currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director with proven sales experience.

The position involves a wide variety of entire sales tasks, from initial contact with prospect (Homeowner) to hire and train new salesmen; Some Marketing involve.

We offer a competitive full-time base salary of $75k to $90k for the first year plus commission. along with company vehicle & fuel, Health Insurance + Paid Vacation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the construction / home improvement industry with a track record of managing a team. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, organizational and time management skills.

The schedule is Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.
