Title: Sales Associate

FLSA Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Supervisor: Sales Manager

Summary: To assist the Sales Consultant and facilitate the sale of new homes

Duties, responsibilities & expectations:
Essential Job Functions:

• Greet customers and answer their questions
• Conduct sales presentations within the model
• Answer the phone and schedule appointments with prospects
• Help with customer follow-up
• Ensure administrative duties are completed in a timely manner, including updating the prospect database

Skills:

• Welcome customers professionally
• Develop customer relationships by treating prospective home owners with courtesy
• Follow-up communication
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Able to grow into other duties as assigned

Minimum education, experience & knowledge:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Publisher required
• Basic math and computer skills
• Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required

• Must be available:
• Tuesday - Thursday 11 am 6 pm
• Friday 11 am 5 pm
• Saturday 10 am 5 pm
