Full description of the position

Job Description:

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments for customers and Sales Representatives. Previous experience in telemarketing and customer service is a MUST.

Weekly Pay with Unlimited Earnings Potential!!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Call Center room team and oversee their daily activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Incoming Calls from prospective clients and setting appointments for sales team to run
  • Outgoing Calls by way of provided lead lists
  • Data Entry entering data as appointments are made
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service & telemarketing or call center management role
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
