Full description of the position

We are adding a qualified and knowledgeable Sales Associate to our team selling Powersports & Marine manufacturer units and accessories. Required skills are excellent customer service and effective follow-up. We are a multi-location business with a focus on customer service. An excellent candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:

Staying knowledgeable about manufacturer units and accessories

Completing training on manufacturer units and accessories

Inform customers of the best unit for their needs

Recommend related products to increase customers options

Thorough follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Providing customers with professional quotes and informing customers on financial options

Promoting special sales, promotions, or coupons

Skills and Qualifications:

Sales experience and exceptional customer service skills: 2 years

Excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of Powersport/Marine sales: 1 year

High school diploma or equivalent

Exceptional computer skills

Experience in Powersports, Marine, and small engines a plus

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, final schedule to be determined with the Store Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
