We're looking for a dynamic Sales Administration Assistant to serve as the administrative backbone of our sales team. This role is pivotal in managing communications, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and supporting leadership.
• Generate quotes and conduct follow-ups under the guidance of leadership.
• Manage order processing, including confirmation of shipping details, and track orders to guarantee timely delivery.
• Ensure accurate order entry and address any post-delivery customer needs, aiming for high satisfaction.
• Handle customer damage claims and requests efficiently.
• Maintain records, reports, and databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee purchase orders and track product shipments to completion.
• Stay informed about our product offerings to best assist our customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
• At least two years of experience in sales administration with direct customer interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
