Full description of the position

Because we are growing, we are looking for an ambitious, full-time business development rep to join our team of sales and marketing consultants. In this role youll be responsible for booking sales appointments for our senior reps by responding to inbound leads and following up on various marketing campaigns the company is running.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, telemarketing OR other relevant phone sales experience. Please ONLY apply if you have been SUCCESSFUL in a role where you had to make outbound prospecting calls.

This position offers a base wage of $15-18 per hour plus bonuses and commission. As a full-time employee, you will qualify for health insurance reimbursement, paid vacation, 401K, and all the snacks you can eat. You MUST be based in Colorado Springs, Woodland Park or surrounding areas and be willing to commute to Woodland Park. Qualifications:

  • Experience in SUCCESSFULLY scheduling appointments, telemarketing or other relevant phone sales experience.
  • Positive energetic attitude.
  • Thirst for knowledge and desire to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
