**Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Respond to customer inquiries regarding the lease/purchase of new/pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- **Sales Performance:** Meet and exceed annual minimum standards for selling/leasing vehicles.
- **Customer Satisfaction:** Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and delightful customer experience.
- **Order Management:** Keep customers informed by confirming orders and preparing and sending written communication/documentation for timely transactions.
- **Comprehensive Support:** Assist customers with various aspects of vehicle ownership, including scheduling service appointments, handling lease maturities, addressing DMV issues, and procuring necessary documentation for financing.
- **Department Excellence:** Contribute to departmental results by maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards.
- **Customer Information:** Collect required customer information, such as email addresses and mailing addresses.
- **Workspace Maintenance:** Maintain a clean and safe work area.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
