POSITION TITLE: Fence Sales Associate / Project Manager

DEPARTMENT: Sales Department

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Associate / Project Manager position will portray great sales knowledge and project management to guide the customer from the first call to the end of the project. Through great customer service, attention to detail, knowledge of the product and adaptation to challenges, this position will be responsible for providing great customer service and meeting clients needs and exceeding expectations of customer service, product and value. Furthermore, this position will be expected to meet and exceed revenue goals set by the Department of Sales and/or Sales Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide great communication and responsiveness to the customer by minimizing length of response to less than 1 business day.

Adapt and grow in knowledge of sales and products/services sold and read any recommended material by the Department of Sales to grow in personal sales knowledge and experience

Portray essential time management skills

Portray friendly attitude when interacting with customers, coworkers and management

Dress appropriately in business casual attire and company logo embedded clothing (no ripped jeans, joggers, shorts and/or sneakers; appropriate leather boots for field work)

Through knowledge of the product, provide customers with professional recommendations, guiding them until their needs are met or exceeded. Portray the value the customer will receive when choosing Cool Cat Fence

Provide customers with company strengths to guide with their decision of choosing Cool Cat Fence

Adapt to any challenges/difficulties during the given job installation and continue to provide great customer experience and customer-first mindset until the project is completed

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must contain prior sales experience and/or willingness to learn

Learn and enhance customer experience using CRM System

Valid Drivers License

Willingness to drive long distances (area coverage from Tacoma to South Seattle)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
