Nationwide Loan Consultants/The Borrowing Club is currently seeking driven and hardworking phone closers to join our team. This position offers a competitive base rate with uncapped commissions and benefits. The best part? There's no cold calling required - every call is live and transferred to you.

This position is designed for individuals who want to take their career to the next level. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to fast-track to the Processing department where top processors earned over $250K last year. If you're a strong closer looking to make more than you ever have, this role may be perfect for you.

To be considered for this position, you must have a proven track record of success with one-call closes. You should be able to quickly rebuttal anyone and be prepared to spend 7+ hours a day on the phone. You must have a great work ethic and be punctual. Clear speaking and the ability to build rapport with clients are also essential skills for this role.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to work 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm M-F , and be able to work one Saturday per month from 10 am to 3 PM

Proficient Computer Skills, 2-3 years of basic Microsoft Applications. Must be able to type and speak at the same time while completing the Loan Application process with the client.

Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and clients

Be positive, coachable, self-motivated and have a strong competitive spirit. Willing to accept ongoing recognition and constructive feedback

Fluency in English with excellent comprehension, speaking, grammar, and writing skills

Reliability and Punctuality is an absolute must

Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills

Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sale approach

Bilingual is a plus

• This is an in-office location position only and only local applicants will be considered.
