As an Inside Sales Representative you can expect:

Monday Friday work week

8-hour shifts

Standard work hours

No nights or weekends required

What you will do:

Interact with potential clients via phone and email (NO COLD CALLING)

Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers

Provide an outstanding customer service experience

Understand the fundamentals of our services

Address potential customer questions

Procure and maintain positive client relations

Work with other departments and management regarding potential sales
