Job Description
Job Title: Internet Sales Associate
Reports to: Sales Manager
Compensation: Hourly plus commission
Schedule: Full time, M-F

New college grads welcome and anyone looking to get into sales!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls for sales department
• Answer all internet leads and follow-up with customer accordingly
• Commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer
• Answer inbound phone calls and schedule appointments
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-up
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made
• Log/record all customer comments
• Follow up to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome
• Commission dependent upon if deal is closed or passed off
• Assist with other duties, as assigned.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience is necessary
• Multi-lingual preferred, but not necessary
• Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience is preferred, but not necessary
• First-class verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team or individually to achieve a task.
• Prefer knowledge of Microsoft products and computer usage
