Responsibilities:

- Assist with managing a portfolio of insurance accounts

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns

- Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and secure competitive quotes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

- Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

- Experience in commercial insurance coverage a plus

Requirements:

- Property and Casualty Insurance License

- Health, Accident and Life Insurance License a plus, but not required

Pay: $36,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
