Orange Elephant Roofing & Solar is seeking a dynamic and motivated Residential Solar Field Marketer/Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads and drive sales in the residential solar sector.

We are a proven roofing & solar company with over 20 million dollars in sales just last year! With sales continuing to grow, Orange Elephant is seeking candidates that want to grow in their career with us!

Responsibilities:

• 1. Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and educate homeowners about
• the benefits of solar energy.
• 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective
• communication and follow-up.
• 3. Collaborate with the team to create targeted campaigns and materials to
• support sales efforts.
• 4. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• 5. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor activities to provide
• insights for continuous improvement.
• 6. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• 1. Proven experience in residential solar sales, with a track record of meeting or
• exceeding sales targets.
• 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
• customers.
• 3. Results-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for promoting renewable energy
• solutions.
• 4. Knowledge of solar technology and the ability to convey its benefits to potential
• customers.
• 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• 6. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
