Were hiring Outside Sales Representatives to drive new business growth in our Florence staffing operation.

Starting base salary depends on experience.

What do Outside Sales Representatives do?

• Prospect new business and handle the complete sales process from cold call, to contract, to ongoing client development.
• Meet with top level decision makers to present our staffing solutions.
• Work in a hybrid work environment (not 100% remote or 100% in office).
• Daily cold calling, conducting in-person meetings with potential clients, and proposing constructive solutions to fit the clients wants/needs.

Qualifications of the Outside Sales Representative

• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are a plus, but not required.
