Sales representative/admin with high energy and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our extensive product line to drive sales. Individual will work closely with Sales & Marketing to enhance and provide gap between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services. Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a Bachelors degree in business, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customer needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or established relationships to enhance product portfolio
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Evaluate distributor websites, marketing materials, and internet searches to elevate company products ranking and create sales growth
- Learn and communicate product functionality and provide 1st level technical support to distribution representatives
- Coordinate product details and specifications from various sources to quickly and accurately meet deadlines for product adds
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Ability to participate at various tradeshows
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the medical, pharmaceutical or laboratory market
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Social Media platforms, Adobe Suite, D Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build & maintain productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Degree in business or a related field
Comments: This is an inside sales position not Hybrid
