SALES ENGINEER

Metal Stamping & Fabrication

QS&T Corp, Quality Stamp & Tube Company is located in Jackson WI since 1984, a north Milwaukee suburb; we are a well-established metal stamping, fabricating and aluminum extrusion company with multiple capabilities serving a variety of customers and we are looking to attract a sales professional to develop new sales and markets for our growth oriented businesses.

Working with customers engineers, designers and buyers, you will help guide the customer in the use of our core competencies and services assuring that their product concepts and designs are constructed for manufacturability and cost effectiveness.

Working with our team, this position will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from quote request to gathering all cost with our team and formalizing the quote ensuring all internal and external customer specifications and quality standards are met.

Work with our current processes and help enhance sales system and related media to generate new business that will grow our company with profitable new business.

The ideal candidate will have:

5 plus years of successful technical sale experience in the metal stamping industry. Metal Fab and aluminum extrusion a plus.

Have the industry knowledge to help lead marketing and sales program design and implementation.

Demonstrated ability to close sales orders and satisfy customer requirements.

A bachelors degree in engineering or manufacturing or equivalent.

Strong interpersonal skills including oral and writing skills. Developing new business skills a major plus.

A track record of collaborating with customers using strong product knowledge and analytical skills to solve problems.

Occasional overnight travel required.

Relocation not necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:
