Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present and communicate product information to customers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others
