Role Overview:

• Youll directly sell residential solar and home electrification products to our ideal client base.
• Weekly team meetings and training provided.
• Unlimited room for career growth and advancement
• Provide world class after-sale services including courtesy calls and site visits.

Compensation:

• Commissions and incentives based on volume
• Average earnings for salespeople fall between 75K - 150K/ year
• Company product discounts based on seniority

Requirements:

• 2+ years of direct sales experience strongly preferred
• Verifiable top sales producer (preferred)
• Most important is a good mindset, integrity & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest performance standards and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
• Know how to use CRM, Google Calendar, and GMAIL; no stranger to technology
• Must have own phone and laptop and reliable transportation
• Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
• Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
• Teachable Spirit and Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Team player -- you can collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed
• English/Spanish Speaking Bilingual Strongly Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
