Insurance Sales Representative
Charter Financial Group is looking for Sales Representatives in our Rhode Island office. Candidates must be eager to learn, have high standards, and have a strong work ethic. Past sales experience is preferred but not required. This position is a true performance-based position (100% commission). You will be compensated based on your performance. You will also be required to obtain licensure for this role.

As a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, you will meet with retirees to market insurance products underwritten by many of the largest and most successful insurance companies in the industry.

We need talented and ethical people to help us market to the needs of the retirees in our area.

We provide:

Free Direct Mail and Telemarketing Leads from interested consumers

Proven system that will get you in front of 12 15 prospects a week

Access to many of the top insurance carriers in the industry

Daytime Appointments. Nights and weekends are not required.

Opportunities for Advancement and Management

Highly Competitive Commissions

Our agents are independent and own their own business

Our agents average $50,000 their first year.

Our third year agents average over $100,000 per year.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
