We are a Utah Based pest control company looking for an experience and elite sales manager to join our growing team and lead our D2D sales team here in Utah. We are a fast growing company and we are looking for someone that is wanting to grow with us in this position and future leadership positions as well. Candidates must have experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, driven and dedicated. Ideal applicants would have multiple years of experience selling door to door and recruiting.

COMPENSATION (depending on experience)

• Up to 65% commission and overrides
• Production based bonuses
• Monthly recruiting budget
• Other incentives including car payment or tuition reimbursement

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
