Sales Consultant

Compensation: Minimum of $30,000 yearly plus incentives. You will have uncapped potential based on your effort, passion and customer handling skills.

How do our Sales Consultants Drive Impact?

After successful completion of our Sales Training Program, you will have the opportunity to guide our customers through the buying process.

• Assist customer from initial interest through vehicle acquisition and ownership.
• Lead handling in person and digitalily.
• Customer care through the entire process.
• Assisting our customers with the highest level of values, morals and transparency available.
• Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
• Ability to maintain performance that is required by our store and our culture

What Youll Do

• Respond to customer internet lead inquiries to set appointments and build a sales client base
• Engage customers with vehicle information and video
• Welcome guests into the dealership in a prompt and friendly manner
• Navigate customers through the entire vehicle buying process from Welcome to Thank you for your business!
• Use industry-leading technology to effectively track customer interactions

Become a brand expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product

We're Looking For:

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
• Proven experience working within a team environment.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
• This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred, not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
