Full time retail sales person wanted.

• You will be working in our brand new, flagship Laguna Hills location 5 days a week. Saturdays and Sundays are 100% required

Hot tub sales experience desired (Jacuzzi Brand even better) but will also train the right person if you have the qualities we are looking for.

-Friendly, cheerful attitude, and a smile required. You should be able to have fun with your customers and be positive

-Self-starter and problem solver. You need to be able to think on your own and make quick, intelligent decisions. This includes the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and via email. Once training is complete, you will be working alone the majority of the time.

-You must be computer literate. This is not negotiable. Must be capable of using Microsoft Office and email. You will also be trained to use our CRM/lead management software.

-Sales experience is preferred but attitude and personality may supersede experience. This is however a sales position above all so you must be comfortable with presenting products to customers and explaining to them differences between everything. Main points of communication are product, health and wellness, family time, and of course relaxation.

-Lead follow up is one of the single most important elements of your position.

-You must be comfortable on the phone and be cheerful, positive, and friendly.

Daily duties will include:

-Opening/closing the store and keeping the showroom clean, spotless, and presentable. Yes, this includes the bathroom

-Answering incoming calls plus handling retail chemical customers and their questions as they walk through the door

-Lead follow up. This includes making phone calls as well as emailing. All results of follow up must be logged.

Customer service is of the utmost importance and we strive to give our customers, as well as our vendors, an experience that is second to none. Compensation includes $18/hr plus commission. The more productive you are the more you will make. Prodcutive sales persons will make $70-100+ a year and some will far exceed those numbers.

Training will take place in our Carlsbad and Mission Viejo locations to start and then transition into the new Laguna Hills locations when it opens at the end of the month.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
