Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager position will manage accounts in a specific territory within the US & Canada for TMI Automotive Product Inc. You will be responsible for promoting and creating new sales inside the region to meet sales revenue and profit targets. You will increase sales and manage existing customer business by providing recommendations that align with the customer and our sales goals. You will visit customers frequently to update them on our products and close sales opportunities to meet budget requirements. You will work closely with marketing, production control and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. You will prepare an annual budget and monthly forecast to measure results. You will be required to represent TMI at consumer and vendor tradeshows. Ability to possess Passport/Visa to travel.This position requires 30-50% travel. Domestic and international travel may be required as needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and any required pre-employment screening.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to multitask and collaborate with cross-functional team members in a fast-paced environment using excellent project management skills.
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Able to apply common understandings to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Experience with key account sales structures.
Proficient in building and maintaining relationships for successful sales growth.
Aptitude for preparation of monthly management reports and annual forecasts for budgeting.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Travel 30-50% domestic and international.
Possess a bachelors degree Business Admin, Sales, other related field.
35-year experience in Aftermarket Sales.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the sales strategy and action plan for the region division to drive growth. Pursue growth through management of key accounts, identifying new opportunities and increasing sales presence. Prepare weekly and monthly sales status reports to show progress towards meeting sales financial objectives - prepare an annual budget, forecast requirements, analyze variances. Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new programs; analyzing trends and results; recommending pricing strategies; understand and communicate competitive landscape. Establish and sustain rapport with key accounts through regular visits, Trade shows, call center trainings, and exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities. Work closely with other departments and closely with Marketing dept. to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate new product opportunities with your region.

2. Assist customers, clients or vendors with products and sales requests.
3. Be familiar with product features, application scope, and key product characteristics.
4. Creating, maintaining, and updating detailed information on interactions with customers, clients or vendors.
5. Conduct themselves with ethics, respect, tolerance, inclusion, and assertive communication with all the team members fostering a favorable organizational environment.
6. Comply with general dispositions applicable to all the personnel, such as:
Adhere to ethical, technical and safety guidelines of the company (rules, regulations, codes, policies, procedures, protocols, etc.
Report immediately any unsafe act or condition detected or aware of.
Propose and implement improvement actions.
Render support to any other activity required by the company.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, climb stairs, work with hand tools, and lift up to 35 pounds (16kg) with or without accommodations.
