Responsibilities:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue and profitability.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest features, specifications, and technology of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits to potential customers.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Professional Development: Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Take advantage of opportunities for career advancement within the dealership.
