LEASING CONSULTANT Falconhead Apartments, Austin, TX 78738

9th Avenue Station Apartments, located in Austin, Texas has a great opportunity for an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team.

You would possess the following skills and assigned duties:

* Minimum experience of 3 years in customer service with Apartment Leasing preferred

* Experience with OneSite a plus

* Greeting and touring prospective residents

* Preparing lease documents

* Assisting current residents

* Resident retention, sales and marketing of community

* Familiar with various social media websites for online reputation management

* Inspecting models and market ready units

* Additional projects as assigned by community manager

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
