Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and handle cash or POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and sales
- Provide multilingual support to customers as needed
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and achieve sales targets

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in basic math calculations for transactions
- Experience working with POS systems is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demonstrations is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
