Responsibilities

• Communicating with commercial building owners to sell roofing services
• Assessing storm related damages from wind and hail to determine if a roof requires repairs or replacement
• Seeking out and engaging with potential clients
• Presenting, promoting, and selling roofing products and services using sound logic to existing and prospective clients
• Performing cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing and potential clients to meet their specific needs
• Ensuring clients remain satisfied by demonstrating trustworthy knowledge of the roofing and construction industry
• Acquiring new accounts using a combination of leads, cold-calling, referrals, and word-of-mouth
• Meeting with insurance adjusters on properties to get agreed scope of work and ascertaining size of claim
• Keeping up with the best practices and promotional trends
• Participating in proactive lead generation by engaging in cold-calling and seeking referrals
• Creating your own estimates

Requirements

• Proven performers with 1+ years sales experience in the roofing or construction industry that have earned six figure salaries
• Past B2B commercial sales experience
• Strong lead generation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Reliable form of transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Enjoy helping business owners in your community
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
• Must participate in sales meetings and trainings in person and online

Pay/Benefits

• 1099 Contract
• This role is with a strong six figure earning potential within your first year
• Uncapped commission
• Earn 7%-10% of your total sales
