Family oriented Vacation Rental Management company is looking for a full-time assistant property manager. This person must be extremely organized, tactful and detailed oriented to work with our close-knit staff. Willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities:

• Inspections of the properties.
• Ensuring company has accurate information for setting up the unit properly; blocking dates for maintenance as well as owner stays.
• Coordinating with the marketing department to schedule property photo shoots.
• Proactively work with owners on service/maintenance issues during off-season to improve property value and improve property ratings.
• Property rating on all units based on the rating standards, draft reports together with Company owner to owners identifying improvements that will increase ratings and rental income
• Fielding owner and guest calls in the office and problem-solving

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Time management skills including the ability to perform, and complete projects as assigned.
• Dependable and willing to work weekends and holidays (plus extended hours as required).
• Must be familiar with Maui tourism, recreational and geographic attractions
• Be able to work independently
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills required

Licenses: Licensed Real Estate Broker, Drivers License
