WE ARE LOCATED IN FREDERICKSBURG/LUCKENBACH AREA

Fredericksburg Farms is a rapidly growing family-owned business who has operated over 20 years. We specialize in manufacturing and selling quality Texas-made products to the gift and gourmet industry.

We are looking for motivated individuals ready to join a fast-growing company in the gourmet food, bath & body, and candle manufacturing sectors. We are looking to build our sales force in an effort to better service our growing customer base. While we are still a small, family-owned and operated business the potential for growth and future earnings is high. Proven sales experience required.

• Make telemarketing calls
• Take incoming sales calls
• Input orders
• Answer phones
• Become proficient in all computer-based sales programs we use, CRM tools, inventory management programs, and websites
• Fundraising sales
• Participate in outside sales events
• Offer new marketing/sales ideas/procedures to management to help grow the business and allow this office to become more effective, efficient, and profitable.
• Occasional deliveries to customers.
• Visit assigned in-state zones on a regular basis. (3-5 days per month)

Job Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Google)
• Valid driver's license
• Previous sales experience required (preferably telemarketing and outside sales)

Pay is based on salary + commission and bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
