We are seeking a marketing-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing outpatient and inpatient utilization of hospital services by educating and informing stakeholders, including physicians, physician office staff, other healthcare entities, employers, and the community, as applicable, about the services offered and the most efficient ways to access those services for their patients, members, employees, and other constituentsmarkets services to the assigned market area.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of prospective business, tracking all efforts and activities, and providing reports regularly to leadership.

The Business Development Manager works closely with Medical Staff, Directors/Managers/Executives, and office staff to effectively expand the utilization of services and affiliated physicians. Must be able to travel regularly.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective business development and marketing strategies to grow patient volume and new business for the facility.

Maintains current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies.

Proactively seeks out opportunities to develop business, capitalize on market opportunities that are presented, or enhance existing business through established relationships.

Works with clinical leadership and corporate to develop and promote new programs and services.

Aligns with leadership team and corporate to ensure accountability for growth expectations.

Participates in community and organizational programs to promote professional growth and understanding of operations.

Coordinates all marketing and business development activities such as events, sponsorships, networking, and community involvement.

Coordinates with the corporate marketing team to develop and maintain an effective marketing strategy.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development experience required
• Experience working in a hospital setting (required).
• Willing to work in a flexible environment.
• Able to develop strategic plans for building lasting partnerships.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Active drivers license/insurance and reliable transportation.
• Computer Savvy!!

Job Type: Full-time with Benefits!

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
