Oconnell Oil is hiring in our HVAC department, A experienced sales and installation manager to join our team.

Position summary

• Communicate with clients
• Perform on site evaluations and analysis to implement our products and services
• Provide clients with solutions and written proposals
• Assist clients with filling out rebate forms
• Order equipment and material for upcoming installations
• Manage installation staff on preparations of parts and equipment for upcoming installations
• Participate in continuing education
• Working with MassSave programs and Third Party Financing Programs

Desired skills and experience

• You should have prior experience in servicing and installing HVAC systems. We would prefer you to have some sales experience
• Be proficient in using a computer and Microsoft office
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a high activity enviroment
• Have experience performing heat load calculations

Experience that is preferred but not required

• Experince working with specific equipment which includes Trane, Energy Kinetics, Viessmann, Burnham steam boilers, and Thermopride
• Possess necessary licenses (mass oil burner, mass gas-fitter, universal EPA)
• Experience with wrightsoft manual J software
• Have knowledge on the design, and installation of VRF systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Sales Management: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• HVAC Certification (Preferred)
