Polypack Inc., a worldwide leader in end-of-line packaging machinery solutions, is searching for a National Industry Account Manager based at our Pinellas Park, FL global headquarters.

Polypack designs, manufactures, and services a diverse line of wrapping and packing equipment customized to meet the needs of our global customers.

Established in 1959, Polypack remains family owned with operations in the United States, Mexico, Middle East and India.

Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced salesperson in the capital equipment industry to develop new and strengthen existing customer relationships. This is an exciting time to work with key customers in constantly evolving dairy and beverage industries.

Primary responsibilities of this position are:

  • Foster new client partnerships while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Perform lead generating activities, such as prospect, visit, call, and email potential customers.
  • Expand market by attending conferences and tradeshows to network within the industries.
  • Collaborate with engineering and internal departments as required to support customer project ideation, proposals, and problem resolution.
  • Track key trends in beverage and dairy packaging markets.
  • Prepare, organize, and present customer presentations.
  • Achieve defined sales goals and quota via established sales process and plan.

Requirements for this position are:

  • Bachelors or associate degree in related field.
  • Capital equipment experience, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • 5+ years proven sales experience.
  • Posses technical competency in order to work with engineering, production, and maintenance personnel.
  • Ability to use Dynamics CRM to document all sales activity and to update opportunity status throughout the sales cycle.
  • Strong Oral and written communication skills.
  • Travel requirement at least 50%.
