• Responsible for handling recruiting and staffing needs of area manufacturing companies
• Build an internal applicant and contact database
• Coordinate with company hiring managers
• Responsible for business development
• Excellent opportunity for, but not limited to, recent graduates!

Key Requirements

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-orientated individual with a passion for sales
• Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred, not required
• Past experience in sales is highly desired, but not required
